Macaroon vol.2

I don't give up! And yes, they have a feet. I was screaming in my happiness, my brother thought I'm crying. Ok, not every pieces became perfect, but at least some of them did.
What changed? I grinded the almond with the icing sugar, and then I sifted that. Some bigger almond-pieces stayed, but I didn't care. It doesn't matter for me, if it's not like the solid silk.
I whipped the eggs for less time, and in the first five minutes on 180, and after that I baked on 160 degrees.
I read lot of articles and blogposts about macaroonmaking's experiences. Sugar-thermometer? Five days rested albumen? Oh, leave me alone. Without all these stuff, It's hard enough to make, these lot ados aren't necesarry. Leave them for people, who's profession is this. In my opinion.
The colour is because food colouring. As I plan, I make blue ones on Sunday. Recipe below :)






Macaroons!

Kevés olyan ember van, aki ha nem érdeklődik egy kicsivel is többet a francia kultúra iránt, ne lenne borzasztóan kíváncsi minden romantikus film kötelező díszletelemére, a sütik kis hercegnőjére, az óriási titokzatossággal körülvett macaroonra. 
Én is így voltam ezzel, és be kellett látnom: nem véletlen, hogy nem süti ezt minden háziasszony a csokis kekszek mellé. Irtó pepecs munka. Én úgy dolgoztam, mint valami kémikus - közben persze francia zenét hallgattam, hátha az segít - de még így sem jött teljesen össze.
Hogy miért? Az első gondolatom az volt, hogy fogalmam sincs. De aztán rájöttem: minden alapanyagot alaposan átszitáltam, összekevertem, tehát az lehetett a baj, hogy icipicit túlvertem a tojást. Az egész kábé ha harminc másodpercen múlik, de ettől nem lett terülős a tészta.
Aztán meg a sütőben nem nőtt talpa. Nagyon szomorú voltam, dehát ez van. Két órát kínlódtam 10 db (!) macaroonnal, a konyha egy csatatér lett, de a süti isteni. Tényleg. Úgy néz ki, nem az a lényeg, hogy néz ki, mivel nem valami Diorkampányba csináltam. :)



There are just few people, who loves french culture, and not very curious about every romantic movie's ingredient, about the little princess of cookies, the secret-surrounded macaroons. 
I was. But I have to recognize, It's not incidental, that housewives don't make macaroons every time beside brownies. It's such a putter work. I was working like a chemist - and I was listening to french music, if it helps - but It didn't absolutely congregate.
Why? My first thought was that I have no idea. But then I realized: I sieved extensively every material, so the problem could be that I whipped over the eggs. The all thing depends on 30 seconds, but because of it, the pasta wasn't fluid enough.
After then, in the oven, it's 'feet' didn't grow. I was so sad, but c'est la vie. I was suffering 2 hours with 10 pieces (!) of macaroons, the kitchen became a mess, but they are absolutely delicious. It seems like, It doesnt matter, how does it look like - I didn't make them for a Dior campaign :)
